All purchases are made through Paypal’s secure server, and information from your order form (with the exception of credit/debit/bank details which are held solely by PayPal) may be stored on our host’s secure server in the UK  to allow us to monitor stock/Website usage, or refer to a previous order to help provide some customer service.

Information from the contact form is accessed by someone from KC who will attempt to answer your query, and stored in the form of a password protected email on our hosting company’s servers sited in the UK for as long as it takes to answer your query/resolve your issue. When this is resolved, the information will be deleted.

You may elect to have your information completely removed from this system by using the contact form to make your request.
